Setting up a blog is key to develop your own unique content with your own domain and plugins similar to what you see on this site and my personal blogs.

Once that is set up, if you want to take it to the next level such as creating a community, developing an Iphone application, member site, branding, PR, copyrighting, editors etc., I can refer you to the many talented people who are experts in these fields some of who are local to the South Florida Tech community or many others whom I have connected with on Twitter.

A little bit about me:

I am located in the beautiful sunshine city of Miami, Florida. I graduated from Florida International University with a BA in Finance and International Business. I managed, renovated and sold commercial and residential properties for 25 years. I also co-owned and directed several multi-family commercial projects with foreign partners.

I  have been an avid student of  technology for many years, obsess a bit about knowing all the tools in the myriad of Social Media platforms and how to weave them together so they can flow effortlessly. It takes a lot of initial investment of time, but the benefits can be very enriching.

With my business background, I have been able to progress from being the owner of a boutique real estate brokerage for 14 years (licensed for  25 years) to now working for several clients with their Social Media strategy.

There are some amazing Social Media blogs.  I certainly do not profess to be an expert or “guru”. Social Media is fairly new and we are all learning this together. My contribution is to invest time to learn, gather and feature links of interest in the vast blogosphere and give an awareness of how social media can be of benefit. I  can be a bridge in helping a beginner who has no clue where to start and guide in understanding this new media.

The world is changing with the blink of an eye. My life changed drastically in the last few years. My personal blog has been my own catharsis for facilitating change for myself. I share all my happenings there. Blogging, Twitter, Facebook, Tweetups, Meetups have enhanced my life with amazing connections during my most challenging times. I attend many of the local technology and Social Media groups in South Florida and can honestly say that I have made real connections with a lot of people in a short time.

I embraced change with full force. If you are looking for change and want to embrace social media, I can help you with the tools and platforms so you can find your own voice.  I can present it to you in a simple and easy way to digest. Ultimately, it’s all about being transparent and real.

My motto is to Create Authentic Connections Through Online Media. I am passionate about making connections real and would rather call myr job description, Social Media Inspiration.

In my spare time, I attend local tweetups and technology related meetups and write about inspirational topics on my personal blog and on a Spanish blog, a collaboration with cousins in Colombia.

Thanks for visiting and cheers to many new connections,

Blanca Stella
